If you are anything like me you’ve tried every way there is to lose weight… or at least it feels that way. I think about all the time, effort, energy, money and emotion that goes into finding a way to lose weight… and keep it off… and it makes me angry and disapointed. And everyone I know goes through the same thing. What is wrong with this picture? What’s wrong is weight loss is a big money maker and it’s like no one knows what the real problem is… or they don’t want us to know the real solution. I realized I know I need to eat right and exercise but it’s the way I think and feel about food that makes me crazy… and overweight. Not Another Diet is what I now use and I am so happy. It’s changed everything for me and now I’m finally losing weight … and I’m not thinking about food all the time. I’m thinking about my life. You just have to try this… it’s the best!
